We signed up for this tour on Christmas Eve. We were an hour early at the meeting location, a pub on Printer's Alley. We were the only people besides the bartender in the pub we told him what we were there for and he actually called the people who run the tour and was told that they were not coming and that we could request a refund on Monday the 28th. It was really no big deal. It was Christmas Eve and I understood if maybe we were the only people who had signed up for it it wasn't really worth it to them. I was not upset at all and actually we ended up spending about 3 hours at that pub and had a great time. I emailed them three times before I finally called them and was told that they would have to look into it. They responded to my email telling me that the tour had taken place and they have a strict no refund policy. This was complete bs. Either they're tour guide lied to them or this company is a bunch of thieves. Anyway I am out my money. Buyer BEWARE this is a SCAM!!!!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to write about your experience. I can assure you that the largest Ghost Tour Company in the world is not a scam. After looking into the situation that you described, we have determined that our guide was in fact waiting for you outside of the bar as your confirmation email clearly stated he would be. The bartender did give us a call and we were able to explain that we meet our guests outside. You were not outside to meet your guide. You were inside. We have received written feedback from the other guests on the tour that you were supposed to be on that they had a wonderful time and would be joining us again. We hate that you missed the best Pub Crawl in Nashville.
