We had a great time. The driver was awesome! Tour and shopping was great. A\C on the bus was not working well at all and it waa very hot and uncomfortable on the way back even with all the shades drawn. Other than that, great day d

Well organized and smooth safe ride. Bus was clean and well cooled on a blistering hot day. Be warned the bus trip is a solid 90 minutes each way and there is no bathroom on the bus. Be prepared for a lot of walking. Wear closed toe good shoes. You are not allowed to bring a bag larger than a clutch bag on the walking tour. Larger bags can be left on the bus, but you will not have access to it while the bus is parked. Frank, our driver had a good sense of humor but was lacking in compassion towards a single female traveler who spoke English as a second language and asked him to repeat several of his directions. I understand he gives his instructions Day after day, but we are hearing it for the first time and there were numerous tourist that did not understand the quick and detailed instructions. Maybe they should think about passing out a laminated instruction sheet or use a pre-recorded slow and clear instructions that plays as we leave Nashville and is repeated again as we enter Lynchburg. All and all a great trip.

I've never been a big whiskey drinker. However, after taking the Jack 'n Back Tour from Nashville, I am sold. To learn about the history of the whiskey, the man, and the distillery was AWESOME! Debbie, our tour guide at the Distillery was fantastic! The one thing that needed improvement was the A/C on the bus. After walking back to the bus and boarding it in Lynchburg to head back to Nashville, we were all hot and sweaty. We asked the driver to crank up the A/C, to which he replied "It is up all the way". Luckily, they provided some ice-cold water for the guests. However, we weren't able to cool off until we got back to Nashville. Otherwise, our driver was full of information and I would recommend this trip to anyone wanting to check things out, outside of Nashville
