This was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon. We first went to the Lucy and Desi Museum and then found out about the Comedy Center. It was great suggestion and we were very pleased. Not only was it fun and entertaining, but interactive as well. Amazing what you can do with a little humor and technology. Plan to explore... They made it completely Covid Safe--no worries about being safe there--I think it is a great museum for families as well as couples--just would recommend kids that are 12 and over.

We came two years ago, and were able to come back again. First, they have full measures against the covid virus: temperature checked at entry; hand sanitizers throughout; disposable gloves; and non-contact displays. That said, it was fun to get back. There is a wide variety of viewing displays and interactive displays. Plan to spend several hours as once you get started on a site it keeps going and it may be difficult to move on.

Interactive feature is fabulous! You get tons of opportunities to see performance clips. The interactive feature learns about you, so it tailors the tour to your interests. There is quite a bit of information on the psychology behind humor, but you're having so much fun it doesn't seem classroom-y. I especially like the part where the blue humor is segregated so that unless you choose it specifically, it remains a family friendly venue.
