Interact with the exhibits to get the most out of your time. There is a large volume of audio and video that you can select based on how you set your profile when you enter. The majority of the comedy is mid-20th to early 21st century. I was surprised at the relatively paucity of information from users of Twitter/TikTok and the like. We spent the better part of the day laughing/crying / moving from exhibit to exhibit and to and from the 'blue room', arriving at 10 and finally exiting through the giftshop 5 hours later. Then took a short stroll along the riverwalk.

What a great place. The Johnny Carson theater is the best. I like how they integrated the center into the old rail station, even kept the seats! Tons of interactive immersive and techy stuff into the art of comedy. Blue room if you are an adult not to be missed. Great artfacts like the tonight show rolodex of stars and Marmaduke cartoonist studio. Would go again.

It was well worth the time spending at the Center 4.5hrs. We would do it again. There is so much to see and I know we didn’t see everything or participate in all the activities.
