Rarely Seen - Photographs of the Extraordinary
This immersive exhibition experience features 50 visual wonders, from the Moeraki Boulders in New Zealand to the Pope taking a selfie in Vatican City! National Geographic reveals a world very few have the chance to see for themselves. It's all here: a green-crowned brilliant hummingbird looking eye to eye with a pit viper, the Rayong Dam, an underwater park in Austria, ice caves, a supercell storm cloud, and a royal white tiger. With an introduction by veteran National Geographic photographer Stephen Alvarez, whose work has taken him from the Peruvian Andes to the deepest caves of Papua New Guinea, this exhibition captures once-in-a-lifetime moments, natural wonders, and rarely seen objects from across the globe

A collection of 50 stunning photo graphs that are organized by three themes (which I can't remember!) National Geographic is famous for producing rare photographs from all over the world and their collection of the very best is worth the visit for $35.

Where do I begin? I love photography and the actual photographs (not as replicated here) are incredible. This exhibit, however, is horrible. I was told when I purchased my ticket that two of the photos were "not working", so instead of $35, I was only charged $31. The opening video gallery was not working - the video was distorted and pixelated. Three of the digitized works were dark (broken) and another gallery was just the blue screen of death. The enlarged photos that are reproduced are the worse for wear - the lighting glares off them badly and you can see scratches and gouges. The attempts to make this immersive detract from the photographs. Blurry video and some fake flowers can't compare with the original works. Poor quality video and crummy enlargements coupled with much of the exhibit not even functioning - they should be ashamed.
