The location has been featured in movies and television shows such as Jurassic Park and Lost. There are many hidden secrets and treasures to behold along the way, such as a bamboo forest and plants, flowers and birds found nowhere else on earth. Enjoy the lush scenery of Hawaii while learning interesting Hawaiian cultural facts and history. Our tour includes pick up and drop off from Waikiki and a delicious and healthy that you will enjoy at the tantalus lookout. The 1.6-mile trail is suitable for all experience levels.

This hike can be a challange to a non hiker. Trail can get wet and slippery. Our tour guide BILLY AND JOHN were friendly and pointed out alot of the things you will see along the way. Trail can get busy and the more people on the trail make it harder for the rookie hiker to get up and down the trail as there are some places harder for a rookie to keep up. but its still a nice way to see a rain forest

A fun half-day tour with John and Shanti! The hike to the falls was beautiful and definitely recognizable from movie scenes. It’s not super strenuous but I wouldn’t recommend it for toddlers or those with mobility issues. I didn’t think I’d need the walking stick they lent but it definitely came in handy. The trail gets muddy so definitely bring good shoes and don’t forget your water!
