Join And You Creations on our Nature and You tour of Manoa Valley! Our experienced guides will lead you through the Oahu Rainforest to a breathtaking waterfall. The location has been featured in movies and television shows such as Jurassic Park and Lost. There are many hidden secrets and treasures to behold along the way, such as a bamboo forest and plants, flowers and birds found nowhere else on earth. Enjoy the lush scenery of Hawaii while learning interesting Hawaiian cultural facts and history. Our tour includes pick up and drop off from Waikiki and a delicious and healthy that you will enjoy at the tantalus lookout. The 1.6-mile trail is suitable for all experience levels.

The fall was a wonderful sight, but the hike was fascinating as well. We booked this tour after getting a great island tour from Shanti and John. The only thing we didn't expect was for the path to be so muddy. So definitely wear clothes and sneakers that you won't mind getting dirty! Overall, it was an interesting hike. We not only got a nice workout, we also learned about the plants and animals along the way. It was an amazing experience - thank you!

We loved our Manoa Falls hike! Our guide picked us up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. The trip was a really great morning activity that was just the right amount of time. No waiting around and very organized. If you’re looking for a good tour, this is it.

I went on the Manoa Falls tour and had a great tour guide. Not only was Tomoki knowledgeable about the trail/island, he also played the ukulele! So talented! The trail was muddy and slippery so be prepared for that. Overall great experience and I would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy a nature hike.
