Horrible cruise and horrible tour provider. If you want to know how she is just read her responses to complaints. She's not professional or compassionate so why support her business. I definitely would have not left a bad review if she would have been a bit more pleasant but when someone comes to you with a concern all they get is anger and sarcasm. As a travel agent of over 20 years, I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. I do not recommend this tour at all, and I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was warranted. Snorkelers were left in the water as the boat was taking off, no music, etc.

If you do not stop with this you will receive a letter of CEASE & DESIST from our attorneys to your home and business address in Illinois You are now harassing us with slander and bullying tactics, you are maliciously trying to discredit our company across the internet instead of leaving one review you are posting numerous reviews… as you didn’t get what you wanted ( a free cruise) even after viator refused your refunds as you went onto the cruise This is no longer a conversation I will be having on here, we did our job and no one from a full cruise had one issue or complaint except Your group that had the choice NOT to sail You didn’t call me off the cruise you sent a text and I responded that if you want a bus for 18 person we don’t cover that , our bus is complimentary from resort to Margaritaville and back.. Your altercations before the cruise are not for our company to fix , there was no trouble or issues onboard and that’s our priority There are no his side/ her side… this happened before you got on the excursion, we are not police, we are there to make sure the excursion you are on has no issues and there WERE ABSOLUTELY NO CONFRONTATIONS OR ARGUMENTS OR VERBAL ABUSE OF ANY KIND ONBOARD .. or after the cruise ..! As you pointed out in your review you were already angry before you got onto the excursion, none of that being down to the excursion or the staff onboard It was an altercation between two lots of grown adults BEFORE the cruise started both have which have paid for their cruise

We set off on a cloudy day and the snorkeling wasn't great because we had to drop anchor to avoid storms and choppy waters. Also, lifejackets were required, so no freediving. We were snorkeling 20 ft above the reef. The staff was very upbeat and fun. The music was good. Ric's has amazing views, but it was too loud for our party----which included teenagers! You could hardly speak over the music. The food was mediocre. We enjoyed the amazing views and all dived off the cliffs.

Sorry about the life vests but we have to be able to see everyone in the ocean, when guests do take them off they almost become invisible I glad you enjoyed your excursion There are dive boats in negril that we can direct you too next time around,

This was worth every penny. Actually a bargain for 74.00. We booked through our Amstar Rep at our resort. Bus took us to Margaritaville then we boarded the catamaran after about 1 1/2 hours. First stop was snorkeling. Booze and snacks were flowing on the cruise. Next stop Ricks Cafe. That was so much fun. The transfer from Catamaran to the taxi boat was a little rough due to rough water that day. Probably would not recommend this to anyone with mobility problems. Staff was so much fun and engaging. Recognized guests who were celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, etc. This is a must do when in Negril.
