This experience was absolutely amazing! The guys on the boat made it even more special and so much fun. They were professional, they were very courteous, they were just a great bunch of guys with great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone coming to Jamaica.

Company deserves zero stars. They don’t advertise you have to go from the catamaran to a much smaller boat then from that boat so a rocky cliff with nothing to protect the boat but a tire. It’s the ocean so naturally the water was rough and was extremely dangerous for small children. When i was trying to assist my children the staff was rude and started cursing at me. I had my 60 year old aunt with us who is battling cancer and isn’t exactly physically fit enough to make those transfers and they didn’t want to hear it. I almost had to fight on vacation can you imagine ?! Absolute joke of a company with disgusting work ethic who doesn’t advertise properly. Classless garbage ! To top the cake the “snorkeling “ they offer is a little bit of swimming around ricks cafe. There’s no small island no reef and no fish to see no second stop. Just awful drinks and bad attitude

Thank you for your review, unfortunately none of the catamarans can fit into the cove at ricks cafe from any company, so all guests are taken over on a glass bottom boat , If there was a member of your group that wasn’t fully mobile or able to do such an excursion then it would have been wise to have advised us of this before booking or advised us that , that person could have stayed onboard instead of going over to Ricks cafe, you can see the steps to ricks cafe as we dock, you are not forced To get off and are welcome to stay onboard the catamaran and have a beverage It’s is our understanding that you booked 4 adults and 1 teen, and a five year old Please note the staff are not allowed to help or touch your person unless you ask for help, it’s policy We snorkel On the reef, and unfortunately the fish don’t come on demand . The staff have NEVER been accused of cursing anyone at all, they could be fired for things like that and people don’t wish to lose jobs… Again thank you for your review

Such a great time and experience. The waters are beautiful and Rick’s was amazing. Food was 10/10. The party boat back to our hotel was the highlight!
