Work on customer care and callback. I asked for a call back and nobody did call me back. Customer service is why people continue to come back to your business.

We are not certain whether you called Viator or Gray Line. As purchases are made on this site, perhaps you had reached out to them.

After starting the tour, the first 5-10 minutes I thought, oh great, this is boring, but I settled in and Kate our tour guide got going. She was very informative and knowledgeable. She shared all kinds of fun and interesting tidbits on the city, the cemetery and the garden district.  So while this would not be considered an "exciting" tour, I enjoyed it very much.  Learned a lot about the city of New Orleans and am glad I went.  I would highly recommend it for a good all around view of the city

You are very concise on what made the tour interesting. Some people are not excited about taking a group tour but Kate works hard to change that - and it seems she did once again.
