This class is great for both locals and tourists. I’m a NO native who knows good food. The presentation is easy to follow and the chef is knowledgeable and humorous. We enjoyed the dishes he prepared for us which was shrimp creole, corn crab bisque, bananas foster and praline. We got tidbits of info about how New Orleans cuisine developed over time and the herbs / spices used. It was a memorable experience and well priced.
