Libby led a fantastic tour! Because of her, it was the best I have ever been on. She is a native so she knew all the culture and history of the area. It was a small group, my husband and I and 2 other people. It was so informative, fun and I would seek her out again for her other tours when I return.

A group of 15 ladies went on a private walking tour of the Garden District with Jackie. Jackie was so sweet and really knew her stuff. The information she gave us about where to meet and what to expect was very clear. We enjoyed the cemetery and learning the history of all of the beautiful homes in the area. The tour takes the full two hours listed (ours took slightly longer) so it is important to use the restroom, bring water, wear sunscreen, and wear comfortable shoes. A wonderful activity for a girls weekend in NOLA!

Jackie is a great ambassador for New Orleans! And you just provided some excellent tips as well! The Garden District is "real New Orleans," complete with treacherous sidewalks broken up by the roots of the majestic live oaks. Comfort is key when exploring this very special neighborhood. I'm glad that the girls enjoyed the cemetery, history, and beauty of the Garden District. Please come for your next special weekend!

Libby is absolutely wonderful! She managed to make the tour interesting from the first minute to the last with facts about everything from the city, the architecture, the people who live and lived in the beautiful houses, the gardens, etc. One of the best city tours - in any city - I have ever had. Highly recommend it!

Wow! That's a great review! I'm so glad you enjoyed our tour. One of the things that I find endlessly fascinating is that all those "New Orleans" things - history, architecture, music, culture, food, etc. - are not separate from each other. They all influence each other and continue to make this city one of the most interesting places in the world. Please come back and tour with me again. I am constantly learning even more great stories!
