This tour provides in depth look into the paranormal activity that takes place in Americas most haunted city. Visit the top haunted locations in New Orleans during this investigation. This tour includes the history behind the locations, ghost stories, the background on NOLA Vampires and learn about New Orleans Voodoo. A real EMF meter - ghost/paranormal detector will be used during this tour. Guests will be allowed to stop in bars along the tour route to grab a to go drink and then the tour group heads out to the next location.

During this investigation investigators and guests will be visiting many locations covering the 78 blocks that the French Quarter is made of. Guests should keep in mind that the French Quarter is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the United States.

No entry will be gained into any private locations. Narrations and investigation takes place on the sidewalks outside each location. No entry into private homes will take away from the experience!

Guests must check in a few minutes before the tour departs and leave with the tour group at the scheduled departure time. Tour Guides are unable to answer phones after a tour departs since we are then navigating our tour groups and giving narrations we cannot be on our phones and lead a tour. Late arrivals will not be refunded. It can be pretty darn hot in NOLA but it can also get pretty darn cold as well. In the event that a tour is canceled- All cancellation notices will appear on our website, social media and we will send text notifications to all guests who leave an accurate working mobile phone number on their reservation. Prepaid tours will receive credit for a future tour. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to inclement weather or any other acts of God. Unfortunately we cannot create a ghost / supernatural being appear anywhere / anytime during the tour! This includes non-physical entities, such as angels, ghosts, vampires, demons, gods, and spirits. If it isn’t human we cannot guarantee you will see it. Our tours are realistic! No refunds and no compensation will be offered for any reason. This includes guests that complain for not seeing a ghost or supernatural being. We do not give potential guests or active ticket holders false hope of seeing a ghost. Guests have captured paranormal photos during our tours so rest assured it is most definitely possible we simply do not haunted anything. We have an album of the photos including texts that have photos from guests that captured paranormal activity in photos, ask to see them if you are interested! All tours will be held on public property and no entry into private property will be conducted. No entry into private locations will be gained. Tour guides cannot stop the tour group for guests to stop and walk off to take photos. The tour guide has to stay on schedule. A moderate pace is needed to complete the tour route on time. Tour ticket holders will adhere to the guidelines set forth by the tour staff. The tour, tour guides, and other tour staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Tour ticket holders will be allowed to drink alcoholic beverages during the tours. However for the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are extremely intoxicated or show signs of extreme intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. Tour ticket holders will respect the privacy of private property and will not trespass on private property. Please do not ring door bells of private homes along the tour route. The French Quarter is a neighborhood and we ask our guests to respect the residents. Tour ticket holders are allowed to use paranormal equipment during the tour. Paranormal equipment must be checked out at the beginning of the tour. PLEASE DO NOT DROP THE EQUIPMENT. Paranormal Equipment must be checked out and returned to a staff member before the guest leaves the tour. If you are interested in the equipment you must arrive at check in and request the equipment. You will need to provide your name, phone number, address, and booking reference number. This information must be received before checking out paranormal equipment. All paranormal equipment is marked and tracked via GPS. Children under the age of 18 are not admitted without parent or guardian unless authorized by one of the tour guides. Please keep in mind that not all bars allow children inside.To go bars / windows are offered along the tour route for anyone not wanting to go inside a bar. Audio or Video recording devices are NOT allowed during the tour. Photos can be taken and are encouraged! Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. Cut off for reservations for this tour is one hour before the scheduled departure. Please be aware that at cut off time for reservations if the minimum numbers are not met the tour will be cancelled and you will be contacted by phone, text, or email up to the hour before the tour is scheduled to depart. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. We do not offer additional compensation for a customer who feels inconvenienced by the tour being cancelled. SCAM! this is no ghost hunt all this is, is a man walking u around talking about nothing its a completely waste of time the storys aren’t even paranormal. It th biggest scam ever everything u see in the pictures is not what u will do. WASTE OF MONEY.

I work hard and I do not appreciate anyone saying that I scam people. Since 2014 I have ran a successful reputable business. I’m not sure if you are a competitor or what’s happening here with this review. This group had paranormal equipment to use during the tour which is included with the groups since it’s a GHOST tour. This tour group started at one of the most known haunted bars along with any other locations the tour went to the most haunted home in the city (the LaLaurie Mansion) a building that was once a morgue and so on…. If that isn’t regarding ghosts idk what is. Your group was marked as walking off from our group and not returning so your review isn’t accurate since you didn’t even attend the entire tour. As far as the photos you mentioned… these photos were taken over the years during this tour and added over time as they were taken by our guides and by our guests. Not paranormal?? The meeting location is Lafittes Blacksmith Shop Bar - The Ghosts of Lafitte’s Blacksmith Shop When it comes to the ghosts and hauntings at Lafitte’s it comes as no surprise that the ghost most often associated with this building is the ghost of Jean Lafitte himself. Interestingly, he appears as a full bodied apparition. Full bodied apparitions are not as common as movies would make them out to be. Most of the time, ghosts are often seen as a mist, sometimes even a shadow person. A full bodied apparition would appear no different to you than a living person…except in this case our ghost is dressed in sailor’s gear. The ghost of Jean Lafitte has never interacted with anyone. He has never said a word to anyone. He simply stands in the dark corners, staring at people until he is noticed, at which time his ghost disappears into the shadows. Now, this hasn’t happened just one of two times. It seems to be a fairly common occurrence here at the Blacksmith Shop. He is always seen on the first floor, most of the time near the fireplace that is inside. So, if you’re going to be in New Orleans for another night, maybe you’ll want to come hang out for a chance encounter with Mr. Lafitte himself. Even if you don’t have a run in with the most famous ghost which haunts here, the atmosphere is great. You’ll notice that the entire place is light with candles…there is no electricity in most of the building… On the second floor of Lafitte’s Blacksmith Shop there seems to be another ghost which calls the bar home. Nobody knows who this ghost is, we only know that it is the ghost of a woman. It could have been someone who lived here. Rumor has it that there was a woman who lived here in the 1890s who killed herself upstairs. We cannot find any verifiable sources on this, but it is entirely possible. This ghost is a little more mysterious. She has only shown herself to people on a handful of occasions. However, she is very talkative. Imagine sitting in one of the rooms upstairs, by yourself, late at night..and hearing a woman whisper your name into your ear. Yeah, if that doesn’t send shivers up your spine not much will. But that is what she likes to do. She probably just wants to let you know she is there, that she knows who you are…not realizing that by doing so she has probably made a few people have a panic attack! Now, aside from ghosts, there is another phenomenon which is often associated with Lafitte’s Blacksmith Shop. Who has ever heard of phantom red eyes? Well, we have something here which is often seen that has bright red eyes. There is never a body, never a voice….just piercing red eyes. They are always seen in the dark corners of Lafitte’s. As soon as you make eye contact with it, the eyes will freeze on you, before fading into nothing. Ghosts don’t have red eyes. People have an unfortunate habit of lumping everything paranormal into the category of ‘ghost’. This isn’t the case. Red eyes are a phenomenon reserved for demonic hauntings. Another location this tour goes to - LaLaurie Mansion Victims of Madame Delphine LaLaurie at the LaLaurie Mansion Countless New Orleans ghost historians and tour guides say that the LaLaurie Mansion is one of the city’s most spirited places. Rumors are still swirling around Madame Delphine LaLaurie and the alleged crimes carried out in the backroom of her 19th century French Quarter palace. (Fans of American Horror Story may be familiar with the Creole figure, who was played by Kathy Bates in the show’s third season.) Once host to endless elegant parties, the LaLaurie Mansion is now home to countless ghosts who supposedly met their end at the hands of the alleged socialite serial killer. Take just about any New Orleans tour, and you’re likely to hear these harrowing tales as you walk by (you can’t go inside) as this is private home. This is simply details on TWO of the many locations this group went to that is absolutely paranormal. We gave the tour sorry you felt as though it wasn’t up to your standards or what you thought it should be. I know that you were mad because you wanted to go inside of a private home. The tour listing makes it clear we do not go into privately owned locations… that would be breaking and entering 🤦🏼‍♀️
