We loved this experience. Chef Rene was funny and knowledgeable. He did a great job of instructing us with each dish. The food was delicious!

The class was amazing. Rene was our instructor and he is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about food history and he is also funny. Plus we learned how to pronounce Praline correctly. I highly recommend!!! Can’t wait to do it again.

We traveled with our family. We truly enjoyed the class. Lots of fun for all of us. The bloody Mary's were top notch.
