Had a wonderful time at the New Orleans School of Cooking! Went with family (we were a party of six) and we thoroughly enjoyed our cooking and dining experience. Ricardo was an amazing instructor. He was very knowledgeable of the local cuisine and cooking styles and was an all-around great guy! His sense of humor added to the fun! Would definitely recommend the New Orleans School of Cooking and will return on our next trip to NOLA!

A great experience. Our cooking instructor combined cooking tips with humor making for a truly enjoyable evening. In fact it was the highlight of our four day New Orleans visit.

Myself and friend did this, it was alot of fun and informative. However the chef leading our group, was 11hrs into her working day and was not approachable. She snapped at us for asking questions, as we couldn’t hear the instructions she was giving at the time. She could’ve been kinder and more patient. We were lucky as we had a great group of people, who were also uncomfortable with how chef spoke to us. But we all managed to have a giggle and enjoy the class A great environment and i’m sure chef was just having a bad day! I would recommend, just make sure you listen!
