Parent company is awful. They do not care about their customers and they absolutely do not care about their local staff. After speaking to the website customer service, they threatened to give Ethan, the local employee a bad review and report him to his supervisor, despite him being the only person trying to help customers in the store. That is just astonishing and truly disgusting behavior. I cannot in good conscience recommend a company that is so willing to harm their own hard-working employees. I would recommend Haunted History instead.

The tour was awesome! Lots of gore, and lots of creepy but great history. Michael was a fantastic tour guide. He killed it!

This tour was extremely disappointing!! We were so excited to go on this tour only for the 7 of us to be extremely let down. The details describe a scary and detailed description of murders, and ghosts and crime etc. it was basically an 1 1/2 hour walk with our tour guide just talking about some history. For as much as we paid we expected to be entertained. After reading some other reviews we decided on this one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! It was a rip off!! Wish we could have gotten a refund.
