We enjoyed our New Orleans city tour with Celebration Tours and our driver/guide Oz. This is our fourth trip to NOLA staying for two weeks each time. But our first city tour!!!! Oz added a lot of details to the information we had already acquired plus he showed us some areas of the city we had never thought to visit and will return to explore further. The small group was perfect. There were eight of us in the van, very comfortable. If there had been twelve it would have been very cramped. Oz was right on time for the pick up and drop offs and made a timely stop at PJ’s coffee to give us a break and opportunity to use the restrooms and purchase refreshments.

Tour itself was extensive and informative but office admin was a very poor experience due to an unrequested “cancellation” of one of our party, supposedly requiring me to pay again. Almost a month later and I am still chasing a refund for my double payment (that was due to their error in the first place).
