The cruise was nice but very crowded, the meal was terrible, I was told it was a buffet but they just gave you a plate full of food just little portions and a tiny dessert, only water and ice tea to drink with meal , not good quality.

The boat trip was good but do not pay for the lunch as the food is absolutely disgusting. We had even asked for a vegan alternative on the booking sheet dietary requirements and the serving staff started shouting because we wouldn't accept the sausage, jambalaya and chicken. Not a lot of people ate the food as pasta was left on the table open to the air, not covered and the jambalaya and beans literally looked like nasty goo! The boat trip is definitely worth doing but ensure you have breakfast before going and stay away from deck 1 food area as it was absolutely disgusting.

We can alter some of items on the menu but unlike a menu restaurant we cannot provide many special dishes. Please let us know what date you cruised so we can pull in the servers regarding your comment that they raised their voices. I can also check to see if your note came though on our end of booking notations, [email protected]

Pleasant enough, although quite industrial along the river with not really much to see. Jazz band made the experience.
