We were sold on the scenery, jazz, and bar for our 7pm cruise. We boarded at about 6:40. I then spent at least 20-30 minutes in line for the bar. There were only 2 cashiers, and they use outdated point-of-sale technology that makes every transaction take longer. By the time I returned to my seat, it was past sunset. The music had stopped--it apparently ends when the ship sails. I never heard any sightseeing narration. If you want to take a quick river cruise, there aren't a lot of alternatives. Maybe that's why the experience was so mediocre.

The music stops when we leave dock, followed by live narration by an officer, we will check all speakers in case you had one near you that wasn't working. Then the last hour or the cruise the band plays another 2 sets. We apologize if you missed those pieces.

Our trip was cancelled. Although I realize it might have been the weather, we wasted a lot of time getting down to the location, not knowing about the cancellation.

We did the lunch cruise. The commentary was ok but the lunch room was so noisy that even though they were broadcasting the music played upstairs on the TV I couldn't hear a bit of it. The boat was nice and the staff were friendly.

We apologize for the noise of other patrons, sometimes the dining room has quite a number of enthusiastic guests.
