The Steamboat NATCHEZ is taking some time off, but her sister vessel will be taking her place. You'll get the same authentic experience of a grand paddlewheeler on a leisurely, two-hour cruise on the mighty Mississippi.
In order to help preserve the French Quarter from vehicular traffic, it is requested that you please walk, if possible, to the convenient tour departure point - just a short stroll from most downtown hotels.
The riverboat is handicap accessible. However, access to the top & bottom decks are by stairs only. Please call us with any questions before finalizing your plans if you have questions on access or personal equipment.
Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat.
The riverboat cruises rain or shine.

Overcrowded and wasn’t a buffet for slopes on a plate and thrown at you at the table not the same as our friends who went the day before very upset and angry

We wait almost 40 minutes past trip time to even board the boat. Only one bar was open making for extremely long wait times. Sat on the boat for an hour to be told they couldn’t sail due to mechanical issues. The only bonus was an older black gentleman on the boat that was one of the lunch servers was extremely nice and helpful. One of our party mentioned when making her reservation that she didn’t eat pork therefore she was left with few options. The bathrooms on the 1st level were not cleaned. One toilet didn’t flush and was near running over, another was out of order and the 3rd was covered in urine.

We were able to eat on the boat but the cruise portion was cancelled due to mechanical failure. We’re still waiting for our refund for the cruise portion from Viator. I wish we could have taken the cruise while we’re here. Patricia Richardson
