The Steamboat NATCHEZ is taking some time off, but her sister vessel will be taking her place. You'll get the same authentic experience of a grand paddlewheeler on a leisurely, two-hour cruise on the mighty Mississippi.
In order to help preserve the French Quarter from vehicular traffic, it is requested that you please walk, if possible, to the convenient tour departure point - just a short stroll from most downtown hotels.
The riverboat is handicap accessible. However, access to the top & bottom decks are by stairs only. Please call us with any questions before finalizing your plans if you have questions on access or personal equipment.
Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat.
The riverboat cruises rain or shine.

Our reservation was Friday December 3rd, 2021. When we arrive to pier the receptionist says there's no cruises going out today with no reason why and she further tells us Viator knew of it. The reason I didn't contact Viator is because we were able to cruise the following day on Saturday. The upsetting part is we had to alternate our itinerary and cancel other reservations.

The steamboat trip was amazing I love everything about it. The food, music, and history part was all fantastic. It’s worth the money and experience.

The Jazz music was perfect and some of the best we enjoyed all weekend. The narration was informative and it was so nice that it was only during half of the trip. The food was tasty, not the best bunch you could find in New Orleans but it was enjoyable. I think if we did it again we would eat before or after in the French quarter and just enjoy the ride and drinks and music. We sort of felt rushed eating because we just wanted to get back out in the deck.
