The Steamboat NATCHEZ is taking some time off, but her sister vessel will be taking her place. You'll get the same authentic experience of a grand paddlewheeler on a leisurely, two-hour cruise on the mighty Mississippi.
In order to help preserve the French Quarter from vehicular traffic, it is requested that you please walk, if possible, to the convenient tour departure point - just a short stroll from most downtown hotels.
The riverboat is handicap accessible. However, access to the top & bottom decks are by stairs only. Please call us with any questions before finalizing your plans if you have questions on access or personal equipment.
Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat.
The riverboat cruises rain or shine.

As a world traveler been to boat ride at china new Zealand and Europe. There is nothing to see on this one

Our city was founded here as the first port and access to the center of the country. It is still a major port and our narration shares that history as well. We regret that it was not a comparison to other countries.

Your boat was unsafe as there were way too many people on board and not enough chairs. Access to Life vests were not explained thoroughly…

We never pass our Coast Guard numbers so it may have felt crowded to you but i assure you we were operating safely. If the instructions were not explained clearly to you, we will ask the Captain to repeat them. We do drills constantly and are staff is well trained should any emergency come into play.
