Just learning about the history and experiencing that was overall the goal. It did rain off and on during the experience which caused it to not be as fun but the covering of the ship allowed us to still grasp the concept. I did find myself getting sleepy though with the voice of the narrator lol, the drinks were good too.

Thank you for the input which we will share with our staff. Unfortunately we cannot control the summer showers in New Orleans .

Interesting facts provided by the moderator. Great music. Food was average. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Iā€™m glad we showed up early as seating is general based on the suggestion Of the ticket booth. I purchased the ticket with buffet thinking that was the only way to experience lunch on the boat. Only to find out I paid more for an hour of serviced food when I could have purchased food on a different level. Disappointed in the lack on information available about what to expect during the day of the trip Youā€™re way down the Mississippi is a nice pace with information regarding the sights. The way up is a lot slower (around the time people start to get restless) but had Jazz music.

We offer the lunch or the sunday buffet during the daytime cruises. The snack bar is open when we are able to totally staff it, and that is why it is not noted on the booking pages. The menu is also revised as needed.
