The tour started off just fine but was cut short due to not having any running water. It was disappointing they announced as they parked that the boat was having issues and to get off right away. When I had parked I had asked The front desk if I was ok to park where I was and was told of course thatā€™s our public parking area just pay at the kiosk. I did and came back to have a ticket on my car after paying over $30 for parking for three hours. Apparently it was street sweeping that day. There was no signage for street sweepers in this public lotā€¦and the steamboat employee had told me it was fine. So lots of expense, correct info had not been given, and having the tour cut short just to have them say time to go sorry. It was a poor experience that I would not recommend.

We did have a mechanical problem and could not provide sufficient water and ac to make our guests comfortable. It was not about making guests get off the boat. A bit confused about your parking. Were you in a pay-to-park lot? We do not own them, but you can pack in those and pay thru their kiosk, and if you want you can extend your time via phone. A front desk? We have no idea what "front desk"? A street sweeper would mean you were parked on the public streets. There are signs on where to park and when and you pay at the large green meter. As much as you might want to blame us, it appears you were at a city parking meter and there is no way we could have foreseen your ticket. Our apologies for your circumstances
