A little confusion at first about pick up location but was quickly fixed. Driver got there quickly and was super friendly.

From the beginning of booking our limo service to drop off at the airport, everything was perfect. Sean was very professional and arrived early and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Would highly recommend him and we will also plan to use him anytime We are in New Orleans.

I do not do reviews but I had to send this one for Shawn and his company. My family and I were in New Orleans for the snow storm that hit on January 21st. We were in town several more days and I just assumed the roads would be open so I did not plan accordingly. So when leaving Friday back to Los Angeles we found out the interstate was still closed and traffic was insane. I tried to get a Lyft but they were all going to take 20 minutes plus to get to the French Quarter. The Door Man recommended Shawn and he was at the hotel in 4 or 5 minutes. He loaded us up and got us to the airport in a hour! Along the way he gave us a tour of the town as we had to take the streets to get to the airport. Needles to say we made our flight but I do not think it would have happened without Shawn. Next time I go back to New Orleans I will be using Shawn and his service for all my families needs. Thanks Shawn, great trip and a great person!!
