I went on the True Crime tour last night and had a great time with a small group of people and Monique, our tour guide. She took us to many interesting spots and told us the truth about the crimes committed there, rather than drumming up the drama for the "TV" version. My only small critique is that we were out and about for 3 hours rather than the predicted 1.5-2. But there was a ton to learn so Monique didn't want to end the tour early. We learned about Madame LaLurie of course, a pedophilic dentist (?), Zach and Addy, etc. If you're a murderino like me and you're looking for an interesting tour in NoLa, this is a great option!

We were the only two on the True Crime Tour, and had a great experience. Our guide Jonathan was incredibly knowledgeable and keen to ensure that the tour covered everything we were interested in. He was happy to answer questions and provide more information on stories or give background on parts of the city that we passed. He also took us to a dive bar part way through giving a taste of New Orleans away from Bourbon Street.
