I got there 10 minutes before our tour at 6. Could not find the group as the directions indicated. Went into the church to see if they could help. They had no clue how to support and directed me to contact the tour company itself. The email said no way to contact the tour group. Ended up paying close to $100 for 3 tickets and didn’t get the experience. Very disappointing that there wasn’t a clearer way to find the group and my money was wasted.

Hi Jeannie, There are multiple ways to contact our office, several of which are listed on the confirmation email. There’s also this amazing tool called Google. We received no call or message from you asking where our guide was. There were over 20 people on the tour the night you booked so you were either in the wrong place or not looking correctly. Hundreds of people are able to find the start location for this tour every year, our directions are VERY clear. In the future we suggest reading all material tour companies send to you and calling the office if you are lost.
