Experience awesome New York City sites at night, as you hop aboard our comfortable tour bus for a comprehensive, fully-guided bus tour of NYC at night. Your tour guide will accompany you and will get off with you at each stop, helping you see a different side of New York City. You will have a choice between two bus options: closed-top luxury bus (standard) or glass-top/open-top convertible bus (upgrade)

Please note that between December 1 and January 7, our night tour becomes NYC Holiday Lights Tour with a stop at Gramercy Park and Winter Garden in Financial District. Grand Central Terminal and Pier 17 stops become drive-bys, and the Little Island stop is skipped.

I was extremely disappointed with this tour. I specifically booked the open top bus for my party of three. However, on arrival I was informed that we were on the list for the closed top bus and that the open top bus was full. When I advised the tour operator that this was an error, he proceeded to misinform me that I purchased the lowest priced package for the closed bus, which I didn’t because I paid extra for the Edge Observatory. I knew it was too late to get a refund, so we reluctantly boarded the closed top bus and I was miserable for the next 3 plus hours. The bus squeaked over every ripple in the road and the tour guide seemed to be reading a script as she disinterestedly spoke about the history of New York City. When we walked to various spots, the tour guide didn’t even wait for everyone to gather before she started talking, so we missed a lot of information. When I booked this tour several weeks out, the system erroneously processed tickets for the next day. Those tickets clearly indicated that they were for the OPEN BUS tour - I checked for that because that was very important to me. I immediately requested and received new tickets with the corrected date. Apparently, the system moved me to the closed top bus during the date correction process without my knowledge or consent. I have purchased a tour from Trip Advisor before, but after this experience, I doubt that I ever will again.
