The river had ice so we were unable to do the cruise portion. However, we were given a voucher to do the cruise at a later date. The tour still lasted the 3 1/2 hours, with other destinations being included in order to compensate for the cruise time. The guide was very personable and knowledgeable.

Very disappointing - river cruise cancelled (understandable given ice on the Hudson) but alternative - another hour on the bus tour - smacked of lack of a plan B, especially given the bad weather prevalent at the time.

Dear Customer: We are sorry to hear that your experience was not the best, we would appreciate it if you would give us an opportunity to reverse this experience either in the cities of Washington DC or New York and we invite you to see our new fleet of buses and convertible Mercedes, likewise these practices have left aside since new procedures have been implemented for the hiring of tourguides, unfortunately some tourguides as people have a different temperament,

Tour was fantastic, our guide Gil was amazing. Seen so much it was hard to take it all in. Awesome, water tour at night great views of the city and statue of liberty. These folks go the extra mile with very knowledgeable guides. Gil was extremely knowledgeable, with many great tips and facts
