Went on the tour on Jan 5th. Tour bus very comfortable and our tour guide was a lovely, enthusiastic man (but not the scary, loud type you sometimes get on tours). He made everyone comfortable and had so much information about the city. The tour allows you to see so much more than you would if you were travelling to each place on your own - a lot of the places were interesting but a bit too out of the way so would have been missed without the tour. We got food at Chelsea Markets, walked the highline, stopped at the park in Greenwich village (can't remember the name, sorry!) and the Brooklyn bridge for photos of the skyline and Grand Central. Overall, the tour was really enjoyable and the bus gave you a break in between - not much walking involved and you can remain in the bus if you struggle - even in the bus, we passed through so many neighbourhoods and learnt a lot about NYC.

Excellent tour by our guide Jay very knowledgeable and entertaining throughout. Second visit to the city did another of this company's day trips last year and again this one did not disappoint loved the Chelsea market and especially the lobster rolls.

Hats off to our tour guide Rachel. It was raining and very foggy on the night of our tour, so Rachel (and our driver Juan) had to improvise and modify our tour so that we could still see all the best of NYC (minus the skyline views). They did a great job and I highly recommend this tour. In fact, I wouldn't come to NYC without doing this tour again! Over the course of about three hours, we were able to visit Times Square, Chelsea (and the Chelsea Market and the Highline), Wall Street, the 9/11 Memorial (outdoors), the Oculus, Columbus Circle and more, with drives by the Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown, Little Italy, the meatpacking and fashion districts, and so many of NYC's amazing sights. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable about the city and the movers and shakers that make NYC what it is today. While there is some walking, Rachel pays attention to her audience and has suggestions for those with mobility issues, and most of the tour was spent in a comfortable, warm bus. Thank you Rachel and Juan for a great visit! It was easily the highlight of our time in NYC.
