It was pouring rain the day I went. Do not go on a rainy day. Visibility was very poor. They give you a cup of cocoa about at the halfway point. Then when you have about 10 minutes left they brought cookies. It was way too late to enjoy them. It was fairly packed with people. It would be lovely on a warm summer day.

While we do wish that everyone could experience excellent weather on our cruises, there are many people that travel long distances and will have only one opportunity to take a cruise on their visit, and it would be a shame to cancel a trip that many will appreciate. Visibility and rain conditions can change rapidly and are often affected by the local environment created by the concentration of buildings and waterways around Manhattan, so it is not possible to make accurate predictions to account for these sorts of variations. Great cruise! We saw all the great sights along the River! The crew was fantastic and the food and beverages were spectacular! I highly recommend this river cruise on your trip to New York City!

Beautiful 1920’s boat upgraded and well-maintained. The captain and staff were very nice. It’s right at Chelsea Piers, so plenty to do if you get there early.
