What an awful experience. My wife and I were charged almost $200 for a 24 hour pass to tour all of NYC, but after 3.5 miserable hours in traffic after only seeing less than half the city, and not even Central Park which is the reason we purchased the pass in the first place, we were kicked off the bus (at 4 pm!) and told the tour was over. I contacted customer service (Natalie Jacobellis) and explained the situation in detail, including let her know that the salesman assured us that the tour included a stop at Central Park, and instead of being helpful, she misread and misinterpreted my email, made excuses and insisted that they couldn’t give me any kind of refund. I carefully corrected her misunderstanding, but it didn’t matter, she simply didn’t want to help. What a waste of time and money, completely ruined our only day to experience NYC. I will never tour with this greedy company again, and would advise any would-be unsuspecting customers to steer very clear. They are scam-like in their practices, and customer service is non-existent.
