The boat was pretty run down with EXTREMELY limited outdoor space unlike the other ferries sailing around us. This was upsetting with the pandemic as no one wants to be crammed inside, and the windows were literally so filthy you could not see well or take pictures from inside. While the tickets were reasonably priced, the lack of outdoor space and the filthy windows were unexpected drawbacks. That being said, the staff were quite lovely, they even brought out Santa ;-), and they spent plenty of time in front of the Statue of Liberty for people to take pictures and really take it all in.

Narration should be to and from statute of liberty. Boat was pretty full and so you could really see out one side of boat

The tickets purchase was easy and clear to select specific time slots. The cruise was clean. It has both enclosed cabins and open deck. The trip was wonderful to see the Brooklyn bridge，downtown landscape and liberty statue from full angles.
