Appalling from start to finish, an hour and twenty in a sub zero carport, cruise an hour late sailing and cut short, food inedible and staff unhelpful. Terrible service. Don’t waste your money.

We had to wait outside in the dark prior to boarding; it was very cold. The boat did not have heat and we had to keep our coats on and it was still cold. The cold caused the windows to be foggy so visibility was poor. I do not recommend this event.

Our trip was canceled and we were not notified. I have also not be refunded for this dinner cruise.. we waited at Pier 40 for 45 minutes in the cold
