Passengers exceeding 275 lbs./124 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at 100% of the applicable retail price. Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation.
Must walk through a metal detector.
All bags are subject to inspection. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying

Taxi to heliport failed to turn up on time and was an hour late, which meant the flight was in the dark which I wanted to avoid. No one wants to take responsibility and have not replied to my email. Happy to take the money though

Nice flight close to the south side of Manhattan. But not around Manhattan. Should have passed at least one side of Manhattan up to Central Park...instead of circling around Liberty several times and flying back the same track to the heliport in the West.

Hello: We are very sorry that you are disappointed , but this tour does not go up to Central Park . It only shows the downtown Manhattan area as it says on the description.

Bought for my two children during a visit to NYC. Booked Liberty Helicopters through Trip Advisor. Not so clear that there are no Sunday flights from Manhattan, so a trip made downtown was wasted. However, a quick call and Liberty staff were very accommodating of a change to the booking and flight made on Monday instead. Kids aged 18 and 16 really enjoyed. Great flight. Staff were very helpful. Thanks.
