Loads of information on an easy pace walking tour. Our guide Shaun, took us around lower Manhattan with plenty of stops and opportunities to ask questions. Not only were we taken to areas of significance about slavery but other unrelated buildings of interest were pointed out so you get a good feel for the area. Just one thing is a bit misleading, there is no Underground Railroad. That refers to the movement of people rather than physical infrastructure. Tour lasted between 1.5 and. 2 hours and would recommend it.

Was a tour you should not miss! Our guide walked us around lower Manhattan and provided lots of interesting facts about the area as it related to the history of NYC and slavery. It was very good and we stayed with the tour despite the cold and rainy conditions last week. Would highly recommend.

One of the best days in NYC, very informative walking tour, considering the wet conditions. I only wished i had investigated more walking tours by Inside Out Tours. The only thing Iā€™d suggest is to change the name of the tour, as there is no one underground walk.
