THERE IS NO 5PM TOUR AS OF 5/20/15!! We showed up for the 5pm tour, and the lady at the window informed us there was no 5pm tour as indicated on the ticket you receive over email. Dissapointing.

I was switched over to the Water Taxi because on Xmas day, I missed the last departure. When I printed out my receipt it said the last departure was 3:30, but according to the person who helped me the last one was around 2:00. Was not happy.
Also, you have a line of about 10 people deep, with 1 person working and 2/3 windows. When I got up to the window there were 3 people in there. Two just chatting away ignoring the line. I gave you 1 star, if I could give 0 I would.
