We showed up, and there was no boat and the surrounding businesses said you were closed. I am waiting my refund as we were unable to go on the tour. I was told to be at slip 6 and there was no one there

Hello Karen, we had contacted Viator the day before your tour to let them know that the cruise would be canceled due to high winds preventing the cruise from operating safely. They were supposed to contact all guests to relay this information. We apologize for any inconvenience and have submitted a refund request to Viator for your reservation.

Despite the cold, I booked the 4PM tour solemnly because it was the only tour that showed lady liberty shining bright with her lights. The tour guide wasn't automated but was very friendly and did his job well. He educated us on NYC's history and made me intrigued. I would def do it again!
