Poorly organisedā€¦ It took over an hour to get up and nearly 1.5hrs to get back down. The lift queues were horrendous. We visited several other attractions including empire state, rockafeller and the world observatoryā€¦ all were much better organised and had similar views

We arrived at 4:00 p.m. and bought tickets for the earliest available slot at 6:40 p.m., then walked around the mall and waited at a bar. When we returned to the Edge entrance a little before the appointed time, we were turned away by a lady shouting that we should get in line. The line ran the whole length of the mall (ending at the door of the ladies' restroom) and had people in it who had tickets for much earlier slots. That was $87 just thrown away.

This is one of the MUST GO places when visiting NYC. The views are amazing and you are literally at THE EDGE! You can also stand on top of the see through glass floor and see 104 stories down!
