Cruise was ok not the best; Service was fair..1. my husband ordered a drink with a nice tip and half hour later he had to get up to get it himself after waiting and waiting- maybe they forgot about it. 2. Food was ok, we knew it was buffet style but were under the impression there would be servers but nonetheless we served ourselves.. which is anti-hygienic when everyone is touching the spoons and hovering over food, especially during these covid times. Also I wanted more water waited and waited and had to stop a server to get me more water (i’m pregnant and need to stay hydrated). The best part of the cruise was the breathtaking views, but to get to the top of the ship we had to ask how to get there and had to figure it out on our own. We pretty much spent 85% of our time outside. 3. We did not know the ship would be making a stop to jersey for a 2nd pick up and wished we known in advance. And finally 4. While we were upstairs enjoying the views and fresh new york air, all a sudden a strong marijuana smell came out of nowhere… everyone looked around to see where it was coming from and could not figure it out. Wished people did not smoke weed in these expensive dinner cruises. Overall, service could be improved to make this experience better and worth the money.
