Terrible!!!!! I was stuck in an Uber cap coming from the airport so I knew I was going to miss my cruise so I called to explain and reschedule it but I was giving the run around and I was never given an opportunity to do that. It was out of my control to miss it and there was no consideration to my situation, especially that I was from out of town visitor and even though I arrived to the airport at 4:00 but it was rush hour both to get an Uber and to the city so it took over three hours to get to town. I will never book a trip through trip advisor and will never try to get on this cruise if and when I come back to NYC. Thank you for asking

Coming into the ship was a great feeling until We sit at our table and We waited so long that, we had to find our server? No order in service at Buffet I watched as the tablet behind us Went ahead We had to get up on our own to eat? Come to find out My meat was cold!? The dance floor of the boat was closed off? Why? After paying all that money to dance on a small square in the middle of the food floor! Every time we needed something from our server We had to ask another for more help! My experience in past before Covid was fabulous But 2022 this experience was the worst. I would never recommend this boat again! For this experience I should have stood home and enjoy myself more and have hot food and ice for my bottles I ordered! Please Think before booking here! Because I sure will!! They don’t follow there own policy. There was people with jeans and sneakers All I wanted was some order and this ship does not have it!

In New York for a couples trip. Booked this tour because we wanted to get on the water and see the skyline at night. Got all dressed up and had a super fun time. Service, food and entertainment were great. The boat was impressive too. Would highly recommend.
