They cancel the Cruise and nobody let me know. No emails, text or phone call. We drove for 2 hours to get there and paid $50 parking for nothing. So disappointed.

Spectacular views but bad service, food and restrooms. The wait to eat was over 1.5hrs after we boarded. The restrooms were disgusting (pee everywhere on the floor in each stall, no toilet paper). Small selections of alcohol. It’s not included in the price FYI. Be prepared for a $13 beer!!! Insane.

The view of the Statue of Liberty was beautiful and the food was absolutely amazing. The drink prices were high and the service was extremely slow
