Absolutely terrible! Lost out on $1,000 for 8 of us! Through no fault of our own! A fatal RTA happened and made traffic at a standstill causing us not to make it.Telephoned company before it departed to say we were not able to make it on time and could we swap to another evening. Only to be told No and not refundable!! Even if we could have lost out on paying for meal $30-40 we wouldn’t of minded but to take $1,000 is ridiculous. What a terrible company!! I will make sure that social media knows for people who are to travel to New York!

due to no fault of our own (city in grid lock) we could not make cruise for time stated. ourselves and hotel called to explain, but was told basically tough not our problem. we explained we we're happy with a different date if couldn't get refund but not even inferred an alternative. we have lost over £1200 will definitely be putting bad reviews on trip advisor and other platforms

We had a great time! He did it for my husbands 60th bday, he really enjoyed it. The food was really good and the views of NYC from the river was amazing. Definitely going back again in the warmer months.
