No refund policy is ridiculous especially when Airlines are cancelling flights and no one to talk to regarding your change or tickets with Viator representative.

We wanted a dinner with the Hudson River view but it was far better than we expected . Great customer service, delicious food and outstanding views during the cruise 🚢 at Hudson River . We had a great time dancing too last 30 minutes of the cruise on our way back to the Pier . Would definitely recommend!!!!

I loved the boat ride. That part was great. The drinks were pricey but good. But lets talk about the food. Pot Roast and Tilapia, the worst. The food was not good at all. I do understand that everyone taste buds are different, but it was so much food left over and the staff told everyone on the boat to get seconds and no one moved. It was funny because everyone looked at each other like no thanks, we'll just keep drinking. So I give it a 3 because the ride was nice but food not so good and that was a nice amount of money to pay for tour so I did expect delicious food and a better option.
