Due to a delay with transportation, we missed our cruise - our fault. What was more disappointing is that I reached out to the tour provider twice , to see if we could possibly reschedule, and they could not be bothered to respond back. This tour provider was extremely inflexible with no communication. Would not use them again.

The cruise itself was very pleasant, food was great, staff friendly, excellent views and music. However, our table was terrible. It was very obvious to me that we were added in at the last minute as our 2 person table was in the corner near the kitchen and buffet tables, had rinky dink chairs that didn't match anyone else's nor did our table itself. Also, there was a leak above my seat that dripped on my several times. We asked to switch tables and were told they would wait until everyone boarded to see if there were extra tables, but no one ever spoke to us about it after that. Our table was terrible and for the price I expected a lot more. Our chairs didn't match all of the other chairs on the ship! Picture patterned upholstery vs. black plastic folding... Not happy.
