We had a marvelous time celebrating our 34th Anniversary on this cruise. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome, really terrific, from the Captain on down to the wait staff, exceptional. The music was a nice mix so that all ages could join in the dancing. The food was also delicious. Even though we didn’t have perfect weather, it was clear enough to get some terrific photos of the Statue of Liberty and the city skyline. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed ourselves!!! We had a great time! Every member of the cruise staff were wonderful and professional. I definitely would recommend the New York Dinner Cruise to everyone.

When i arrived just before 7pm there was a couple infront of my wife and i they were asking to board the ship so they can Experience the cruise with dinner seeing the ship still having the walk way down and every opportunity to board two workers were saying how stern it is for a 7 o'clock cut off time and I feel 658 was before seven the amount of time it took for the workers to walk to the ship and back the four of us became disappointed and frustrated about being hungry and not experiencing what we've all paid for I don't think I'll ever forget that nor my wifes face and the other couples faces of disappointment my opinion the customer care wasapp the messeger app the phone promp system doesn't work i feel they could of let the 2 couples enjoy and aboard the boat when they still there they should give you money back ,besides that we try to call different numbers they don't answer and keeping send you to different extensions i would give 0 reviews because they should consider the weather and traffic to get there im very disappointed. As a owner of a company for many years I always look for the best for my clients and accommodate them in all my possibilities.
