Everything was perfect! The dinner cruise was the highlight of our trip to NYC. The service was exemplary; the service top notch and the sights at night - spectacular!!!

April 28, 2020 I would Not recommend the Viator Company online for a New York Dinner Cruise. I made a mistake by ignoring the bad comments from the last customer from the website. I requested a window seat for a group of four for a special Birthday celebration. When we arrived they did not have the table we requested by the window, so we ask the manager to move use he claimed all the tables were reserves, except the table that was in the back in front of the kitchen with a view of stack glasses, plates in creates and trash cans. We watch the servers in and out of the kitchen the whole cruise. During the cruise we notice that there were several empty tables for a group of four in the front. This was an easy fit for the manager to make use happy but it was obvious he did not care. Note: (By the way, we were four black women who decided not to make a scene) The only nice thing about this cruise was our server Ashley. The dinner cruise base on the website, clam to included: · Two-and-a-half-hour cruise on the Hudson and East Rivers (The Cruise dinner boat or the name was not the same from website) · Delicious dinner buffet attended by server, with freshly prepared entrees, salads and desserts DJ entertainment (It was not a buffet, or DJ) · Outdoor seating on our spacious lounge decks (It was only one floor) · Taxes Additional beverages (We had to pay for any type of beverage) · Gratuities (Not included) · Hotel pickup and drop-off (Not included) · No safety measure I want a full refund!
