Enjoy a fall foliage cruise aboard Yacht Kingston, a cozy, elegant, 1920s-style yacht with an observation cabin and open bow. See the grand foliage of the Palisade Cliffs on the Hudson River (nature permitting). Relax in the salon of the boat's window enclosed observatory, or while catching the breeze on the open bow. Grab a hot beverage from the bar and gaze at New York's most dramatic natural wonders and colorful foliage as the seasons change. Light commentary will be provided as the boat cruises north along the Hudson River. Seating is assigned in the covered and heated salon with large windows. *Please note that although the boat is heated, it is also drafty and we advise you to bring layers, hats & gloves.

Peak fall foliage is not guaranteed. We have seen fall colors at their peak as early as mid-October and as late early December along the waterfront in the Palisades of New Jersey (the prime destination of our fall foliage excursions). Refunds due to ‘lack of color’, will not be honored. Cruising on the Hudson River, north by the Palisades, is a unique and interesting route and is the declared value of this excursion.

Wonderful afternoon aboard the Kingston. The boat was lovely and beautifully maintained. Comfortable, cozy interior with a delightful crew-- there was a surprisingly large choice of beverages, and the first complimentary glass of wine was plenty. We were a little early for the fall colors, but we very much enjoyed our time and I would highly recommend!

First of all, the morning cruise on the Kingston Yacht was really cool. The captain & first mate made sure that we were all comfortable and enjoyed the cruise. Views along the Hudson were excellent...except for the dang fall leaves. My bet is we were about 2 weeks to early, but that wasn’t the Kingston’s fault. Captain mentioned a lot of sites along the way and provided great commentary throughout. We suggest going out on the open deck to sit, view, and take pictures. It was a little chilly, but still comfortable. Even though their were a few whitecaps on the water, you couldn’t tell it on the Kingston. Slow and steady, a perfect morning view of Manhattan and beyond!

The boat ride and staff were great, there was not enough seating for 4 people comfortably and other people were spread out with no consideration for others.There were also no fall foliage everything was green, but regardless we had a blast.
