It's a real shame because I booked this up for a family surpise for my wife and daughter but secretly it was on my bucket list.....so why a 4 * and not a 5 * you may ask? Well, here's my experience for you to decide.....the flight was originally delayed from Saturday 17th to Sunday 18th February because of the snow storm and the service updates and support from the team throughout was fantastic. We took the train from Penn station to Lindon where we were collected by the team as arranged. The shuttle arrived a short time after and we were conveyed to the heleport. Having been briefed and kitted out, we went to the awaiting helecopter where we had one photo taken with our own phone/camera. ****I was disappointed by this as, it did advertise both a professional photograph and video of the tour which I had my Dollars in hand ready and happy to depart with..... Instead it was a rather quick snap on our own phone which turned out to be blurry in the end....*** We were placed in our respective seats based on weight distribution. My wife and daughter were 2 or 3 passengers in the front and had a fantatstic view. I was in the back behind the pilot and another gentleman with his extremely large camera were on the right. The flight itself was smooth and the pilot polite and informative throughout. Unfortunately, (which is where my own personal moan comes in....) the flight is clockwise around the tour.....which means that if your in the front or the right of the helecopter you have a clear unobstructed view. However, I was in the rear on the left and had a fantastic view of New Jersey and other non landmark sights (No offence New Jersey!!!) seeing nothing of Manhatten Island or it's sights.... the gentleman on the right snapped away happily and was inadvetantly obstructing the full view of the rear window. Even when I asked him to move he resorted back to obstructing it time after time and I gave up..... So whilst we had a great time and an experience of a lifetime which I would recommend....my advice is avoid the rear seat behind the pilot, bring a good camera for a personal shot outside the helecopter and have a good a time as my wife and daughter. I also hoped we could have bought a video too but that was not offered. Incidently, my wife had refused point blank to fly as she had a fear of an unstable ride.....but I booked it anyway and she absolutely loved the smooth experience. A big thank you to the pilot and the team...

Hi Michael, We always recommend voicing your issues while at the heliport so we can try to resolve them if possible. Due to the lighting at Linden Airport it is difficult to take clear pictures before your flight. This is why we don't offer this service as the quality of the picture won't be at the standard we could ask you to pay for. I'm sorry for any confusion but we don't offer a video service at any of our locations. We are so glad to hear that we were able to help your wife get over her fear of flying and that her and your daughter had a great trip. We do apologize that the other passenger in the flight obstructed your view. For the most part other passengers are usually more responsive when they realize they are blocking your view and I do apologize for this.

We did our Tour, one day after the big snowstorm in NYC. It was really tricky to come to the Linden Airport where the night tours starts. Every other train was cancelled and we arrive 1,5h later at Linden than we should have been there. We always stayed in contact with the operator and the were so nice and helpful and they always make sure that they will wait for us. So finally we came to Linden trainstation, our driver Steven picked us up there and brought us to the airport. We wait for 5 minutes and our flight started and it was awesome! If you never did a helicopter-tour, do the night tour that's amazing.
After landing Steven brought us back to the train station it had -15C - 5F but the first train was cancelled and then the second...
Steven was the nicest person ever, he offered us to wait in the heated car while waiting for a train. He already finished his work and could get home but he waited with us until finally a train came.
Thank you so much Steven!
