Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 285 lbs may be unable to fly. If passengers require a seat belt extender they will not be able to attend.
A current valid government issued photo ID is required on the day of travel
All bags are subject to inspection. Only camera, cell phone and sunglasses can be brought aboard. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying
Please note: it is a 10 minute drive to Linden Airport from the station, passengers can order either Uber, Lyft or use the local taxi service
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 2 must sit in an adults lap at no charge.

Amazing trip. Amazing views. Amazing pilot who was very informative. Little disappointed that our helicopter was the last to go out but was the first one to get back in... I’m hoping that the other choppers had paid for longer out there. Picked the best day weather wise in our 4 day trip to nyc and got some cracking photos. Thank you HeliNY Would use again.

This was my 1st time in New York so wanted an overview of the key buildings. Unfortunately the pilot did not point out many of the attractions (only Governors Island) I was also on the “wrong” side of the helicopter so wasn’t able to take any pictures of the prime buildings- by the time we turned to go back the pilot moved across to the other side so again no decent photo opportunity- very disappointed considering what we paid for the experience.

Hi Shazza240, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. All helicopter tour routes are determined by the City of New York. For safety reasons, we fly on the farther side of the Hudson River when traveling back to the heliport. Our pilots will do their best to point out attractions, however their main job is keeping you safe in the air and communicating with Air Traffic Control. We have taken your feedback to the Chief Pilot to reassess how our tours are being narrated to improve our customer experience.

I really recommend to anyone that wants to have the best view of New York to do this flight. The pilots are well trained and professional. You will be welcomed by a nice team that will take care of you while your Helicopter is being prepared.
