Mediocre. I have regretted booking with Viator . The customer service such a bad experience. I never receive d a reply to my request. Cost does worth the experience . I would not recommend to someone else . You are asking me to rate the experience. Unbelievable

Nothing but disappointing, for the money they could have served a cohisive meal. Instead there was ravioli roast pork and sweet plantain's and mixed veg. The itinerary said we where stoping by the Brooklyn bridge for ten minutes we were no where near it, could hardly see it. I will not do this boat again.

We celebrated my daughter’s mother-in-law returning to Honduras. She was here for 6 weeks. A few years back we did a cruise with her, nothing compared to this cruise. The staff, food, music was over the top. The price was favorable as well. Thank you for making her day and a forever memory.
